Juan Manuel Cabeza is a partner in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, and Environmental practice areas.
He has extensive experience in all areas of administrative law. He provides recurring advice across the entire spectrum of administrative and judicial review proceedings, as well as on public procurement, planning (e.g. new developments and the building of shopping malls), environmental law and due diligence reviews, among others.
He lectures on the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and on courses organized by Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE.
Juan Manuel Cabeza is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
I have participated as moderator, speaker and lecturer in various workshops, seminars and conferences in connection with zoning, environmental and housing matters. The most recent included the following:
- Moderator at the Workshop on Housing and urban development in Madrid with speakers representing the public sector (the Madrid Autonomous Community and Madrid City Council) and the private sector, organized in April 2022.
