Juan Grangel Vicente is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Garrigues in Zaragoza and an Employment and Social Security Inspector on leave of absence. He is a labor lawyer with extensive experience in labor compliance, labor fraud, social security matters, and occupational risk and accident prevention. He has held the position of Director of the National Anti-fraud Office, where he coordinated measures to combat undeclared work, irregular employment and social security fraud, implemented by the Employment and Social Security Inspectors. He has been a member of the Management Board of the European Labor Authority and formed part of the European expert advisory group of the European Commission at its time of creation. He also represented Spain on the European Platform against Undeclared Work. Along with his legal practice, he is a university lecturer and regularly contributes to courses and seminars in employment law and labor inspection topics.
