Juan Eduardo Vidal Kunstmann is a principal associate in the Corporate Department of Garrigues since 2021, having joined the firm in 2014. He has broad experience advising domestic and international clients from a range of industries on corporate and commercial law matters. In this regard, he has provided ongoing advice on contractual matters and has participated on a recurring basis in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings processes in several industries, such as real estate, energy, cemeteries, nursing homes, among others. From September 2022 to March 2023, he was on secondment at the Madrid office of Garrigues.

He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a basic knowledge of German.

Also, during 2013, Juan Eduardo was a research assistant for the Iberoamerican Grant \"Ayuda a la Investigación" of the Mapfre Foundation, for the development of the research project \"Formation of the insurance contract in the new Chilean consumer law and its last amendment of 2011, Law 20,555.
