Juan Diego has provided advice to domestic and international clients on corporate and contractual matters, with a special focus on the mining industry and natural resources. He also provides advice on the preparation, review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, participates in legal due diligence processes, and assists with the implementation of corporate structures and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Garrigues, Juan Diego was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2025–2026), where he started his professional career.
