Josebe Zarauz is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of Garrigues, where she has been practicing since 2015. She specializes in corporate law, specifically in advising companies on corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, spin-offs, etc.), acquisitions, joint ventures, general commercial contracts and corporate and cooperative law. She has a degree in law from the University of the Basque Country, having obtained the Kutxa award for the best academic record in her field, and a master's degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. In addition to Spanish and English, she also has a good command of Basque.
