José Miguel González Irarrázaval is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues' Santiago de Chile office. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He also supports companies in their day-to-day operations, advising on corporate governance matters and contractual negotiations.

José Miguel has a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2019), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University School of Law, United States (2026).

Prior to joining Garrigues, José Miguel worked at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2023–2025), at Allende Bascuñán y Cía. (2019–2023), and undertook a secondment at the Madrid office of Cases & Lacambra (2025).
