José Miguel González Irarrázaval is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues' Santiago de Chile office. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He also supports companies in their day-to-day operations, advising on corporate governance matters and contractual negotiations.
