Jon Lasa is a partner of the Corporate Department of Garrigues, where he started his professional career in 2008. From September 2013 to March 2014 Jon was seconded to the London office of Travers Smith where he joined the Corporate and M&A team. From December 2014 to October 2016 Jon worked as associate of the Corporate team of Allen & Overy in Madrid. He specializes in M&A transactions, regularly advising on cross-border transactions. Jon has a degree in Law, a Master’s Degree in Business Law and an LLM.

Jon Lasa is a partner of the Corporate Department of Garrigues. He focuses primarily on M&A projects such as:
- Acquisitions, both auctions processes (as seller and bidder) and bilateral negotiations.
- Joint-ventures.
- Corporate reorganizations.
- Due diligence processes.
Moreover, Jon provides ongoing corporate and commercial law advice to local and international clients active in all sorts of industries, while also acting, in some cases, as secretary on such entities’ corporate bodies.
