Jairo Jaller is an associate in the labor and employment law practice.
He has experience in consulting and providing advice on labor and social security law matters to local businesses and multinationals in a broad range of industries. He focuses on due diligence processes, labor and social security audits, assistance in collective bargaining processes and providing advice on labor union issues, inspection processes before the UGPP, structuring retirement plans, formalities with the Ministry of Employment and the SENA.
