Jaime Guiñales is a senior associate in the corporate law practice specisalised in the real estate sector.

He has extensive experience providing corporate and real estate advice to both national and international clients on the sale and purchase of all types of assets (offices, logistics, residential, hotels) via sale and purchase of shares or the property itself, as well as, among others, property or business lease agreements, hotel management agreements, services agreements, sale & lease back agreements, built to rent and construction agreements, sale and purchase options or promissory agreements and earnest money agreements.

He also advises on the day-to-day legal management of the real estate sector including among others, services agreements, F&B agreements, contact with the relevant public authorities and tenants management.

Finally, he also advises on a recurring bassis on the strcutruing and execution of corporate transacions, as well as on corporate law issues of any kind in the day-to-day running of a Spanish company.

Jaime Guiñales is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
