Isidora Flores is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. She advises companies on regulatory compliance, the implementation of integrity programs and risk mitigation. She also has experience in corporate law matters.
Experience
She has experience advising clients on the design and implementation of corporate compliance models and on carrying out investigation procedures. She also provides support to companies in relation to corporate governance matters and assists in carrying out compliance officer duties.
Before joining Garrigues, Isidora was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2026). Previously she had worked as an in-house lawyer at Arauco (2025) and was a trainee at Álamos, Álvarez y Aldunate (2023).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
