Ignacio Vargas is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance group. He has extensive expertise in asset, acquisition and project finance and restructuring debt transactions, acting on behalf lenders, borrowers and sponsors, at both national and international levels, in energy projects, infrastructure and corporate matters.
