Ignacio Varela Álvarez is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area.

He has extensive experience in the field of business advice (contractual, pre-litigation and litigation advice). He has provided legal services to companies both nationally and internationally in various sectors, with special emphasis on sectors such as construction, real estate development and services.

He has provided advice on matters of inheritance and property rights.

He is regularly involved in legal and arbitration proceedings relating to these matters.

He was the corporate/commercial law coordinator and lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Business Law offered by Universidad de Vigo. He has also spoken at various legal seminars and courses aimed at businesses and professionals.
