Guillermo Zamora Marfil is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial practice, specializing in corporate law and commercial contracts, securities market law and real estate.
He has broad experience in the formation, re-registration, merger and acquisition (in its varied forms), spin-off, carve-out and winding up of all kinds of commercial entities and has participated in numerous business group restructuring processes, as well as domestic and international negotiations of commercial contracts.
He also offers recurring advice to the managing bodies of a large number of companies in different production sectors, providing all legal services deriving from corporate operations.
In the real estate field, he has participated in property transfers and acquisitions in both competitive bidding processes and individual negotiations. In particular, he has advised on numerous transactions for the sale and purchase of hotels, lots, agricultural land, office buildings and industrial premises.
