He also provides recurring advice in M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals of real estate by both domestic and international groups, real estate financing processes, corporate restructurings of groups and entities, particularly family businesses, and in family succession planning for individuals and family businesses.
He also provides advice in tax management and inspection proceedings before the tax authorities and in the preparation of appeals before administrative bodies and courts at all levels.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
