Germán Gómez Gallegos is an associate in the Banking and Financial Law, Capital Markets Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law practice. He has more than five years experience providing comprehensive advice on corporate, commercial and financial matters, developing legal financing structures, carrying out due diligence processes, and providing advise on corporate, banking, securities market and fintech regulatory legal matters.
Experience
Germán Gómez Gallegos has been an associate at Garrigues since 2023. He specializes in commercial law, having participated in several financing and capital markets transactions (including international issuances under Reg S and Rule 144A), as well as mergers and acquisitions of both domestic and foreign companies.
Before joining Garrigues, Germán worked as an associate at Rubio Leguía Normand and as arbitration assistant to Fernando Cantuarias Salaverry.
