Florencia Aburto is an associate in the Real Estate area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice centers on providing legal advice on real estate, corporate, commercial and civil law matters, with a special emphasis on property transactions, due diligence processes and title reviews. She advises both companies and individuals on transactions in the real estate sector, including the review and legal structuring of sales and purchases and other real estate transactions. Previously she worked at a firm specialized in real estate and corporate law.
Experience
To date, she has focused her practice on corporate, contractual and real estate law matters, advising domestic and foreign companies on a range of transactions, particularly relating to real estate development projects, corporate structures, financing and due diligence processes.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Florencia was an associate in the real estate team at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2023–2026). Previously she had worked as an associate at Puga Ortiz Abogados (2022–2023).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
