Fernando Navarro is a principal associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2011. He specializes in M&A transactions, such as the purchase and sale of companies, corporate restructuring and structural changes (mainly mergers and divisions, including intra-community cross-border transactions). He also participates regularly in real estate transactions (i.e. horizontal property, leasing and sale of real estate, constitution and cancellation of real estate rights), as well as financial and banking (i.e. project and corporate financing, debt restructuring and refinancing). He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia (double degree program) and holds an Executive Master's Degree in Business Law (MEDE) organized by Centro de Estudios Garrigues with the participation of Harvard Law School.

Fernando Navarro is a principal associate in the Commercial Law Department of Garrigues, where he has worked since 2011.
Throughout his career, Fernando has participated in numerous transactions, including:
- M&A, of a very diverse nature and in very different sectors of activity, advising both the buyer and seller side, with total intervention in the different phases that these processes usually follow (i.e. preliminary documentation, due diligence, contractual phase, negotiation and closing).
- Real estate, in areas such as horizontal property, lease and sale of real estate, constitution and cancellation of real estate rights.
- Financial and banking, having taken part both as an advisor on the financing and financed sides, in multiple project and corporate finance transactions, restructurings and debt refinancings.
On the other hand, Fernando combines this transactional work with rongoing contractual and corporate law advice to a wide range of domestic and international groups and companies.

- Degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad de Valencia (dual degree program).
- Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law (MEDE) organized by Centro de Estudios Garrigues in conjunction with Harvard Law School.
Teaching activity
Fernando has acted as lecturer in sessions related to "duties and responsibility in charge of the administrators of capital companies", organized by the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros.
He has also been a lecturer at the Universidad Europea of Valencia, teaching the subject of "structural changes and other restructuring transactions of companies".
