Estrella Pulido joined the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of the Madrid office in 2016. Her practice centers on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity.

Within the M&A area, she advises Spanish and international private equity funds and industrial operators on investments, divestments and joint ventures involving Spanish and foreign companies across a range of sectors and industries, including the renewable energy sector.

She also provides recurring advisory services to Spanish companies and international groups present in Spain on corporate matters, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring processes. Estrella holds the position of deputy board secretary at several Spanish companies.

Over the course of her professional career, she has participated in numerous corporate transactions, across a wide range of economic sectors (including the renewable energy, electronics, tourism, residences, asset portfolio (unsecured loans, mortgages and recovered real estate assets), food and textile sectors, among others), advising, from a corporate/commercial law standpoint, on each of the milestones and relevant contractual aspects of these transactions.

In the renewable energy sector, Estrella has advised the main market players on investments in and divestments from brownfield and greenfield projects and project portfolios, and in relation to different technologies (solar, wind and co-generation).
