He is a principal associate  of the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts Department of Garrigues since 2022, where he has pursued his professional career since 2005. He has an extensive experience in the field of Agribusiness and has taken part in many major M&A and internal restructuring deals, advising both private equity clients as well as industrial operators. Likewise, he provides ongoing advisory services to the clients on a daily basis in real estate, corporate and contract matters.
