Experience
Dominga’s practice is focused on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and corporate law. She has special expertise in the design, implementation and enhancement of financial crime prevention programs and systems, as well as in internal investigations related to potential corporate breaches and risks, supporting companies in identifying and handling contingencies.
She also provides ongoing advice on contractual and corporate law matters, including the preparation, review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, and the structuring of all kinds of corporate acts.
Before joining Garrigues, Dominga was an associate at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2024–2026), where she started her professional career.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
