Constanza Velásquez has been a principal associate of Garrigues’ Corporate/Commercial Law Department since 2020, having joined the firm in 2013. She has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and contractual matters and also provides advice on M&A transactions performed by entities in several industries such as retail, energy, gas, telecommunications and infrastructure.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Constanza worked in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of Garrigues’ Madrid office in 2018 and as a Foreign Temporary Associate in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, between 2019 to 2020.
