Clemente is specialized in banking and finance matters, advising in all kinds of financing, refinancing and restructuring transactions n the framework of national as well as international transactions. Likewise, he recurrently advises both lenders (among others, financial entities and funds) and borrowers (including companies from diverse activity sectors and private equity funds).

Clemente has extensive experiencie in adquisition financing as well in different structured financings and debt issuances. Additionally, he has established experience in proyect financings and debt restructuring in pre-insolvency scenarios.

Moreover, Clemente has experience in NPL portfolios divestment transactions and regularly advises SAREB in asset divestment transactions including those structured through Banking Assets Funds (Fondos de Activos Bancarios). In addition, Clemente provides recurring commercial law advice, including both corporate and contractual aspects.

During 2018, Clemente carried out his activity at Garrigues' New York office where additionally participated in the commercial and relations tasks of the office.

Double degree in Law and in Business and Management Administration by the University of Alicante (2007-2013) and Fall Semester at the University of North Florida (USA) - Coggin College of Business in 2012.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
