Catalina Sadá is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office.
Her practice centers on providing advice to clients in relation to corporate governance, corporate and contractual matters, with a special focus on the mining industry, and she also participates in the development of renewable energy projects and in other regulated sectors.
Experience
Catalina has advised domestic and international clients in corporate and M&A transactions, with a special focus on natural resources industries, particularly mining and energy. She also provides ongoing advice on contractual matters, including the preparation, review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, and on corporate law matters, including the structuring and formalization of corporate resolutions and all kinds of corporate acts.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Catalina was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2024-2026). Previously, she was a trainee at the Environmental Supervisory Authority (2020–2021).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
