Catalina Correa is an associate in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues' Santiago de Chile office. She advises companies on corporate law matters and M&A transactions, as well as on the structuring and development of projects in the mining and natural resources sectors. Her practice includes advising domestic and international clients. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience
Catalina regularly advises on M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters. She also participates in legal due diligence processes, contract preparation and negotiation, and implementation of corporate structures, in particular in relation to projects in the mining and natural resources sectors.
Before joining Garrigues, Caralina was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2026), where she joined as an associate (2023–2025). Previously she had worked as an associate at Eluchans Abogados (2021–2022).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
