Carmen Matamoro Gil is a Senior Associate of the Administrative, Urban Planning and Environmental Law Department of Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since 2016.

She has extensive experience in the handling of administrative proceedings and the formulation of administrative appeals, as well as in providing legal assistance before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction at all levels, with particular emphasis on her experience in urban planning matters in all three areas of activity (planning, management and urban planning discipline), in health matters (advising on obtaining permits for the exercise of the activity), in agribusiness matters (advising on water matters for cultivation plots, enabling titles and OPFH), in compulsory expropriation procedures, in public procurement, in the field of subsidies, in matters of special properties (for example, he advises multiple clients in Water matters -processing and obtaining concessions; sanctioning procedures- or Cadastre procedures).
