Bastián Olivares Araus is an associate in the litigation and arbitration practice.

Experience
He has extensive experience in civil litigation and arbitration, in various areas, including construction, commercial and infringement disputes. He is also involved in antitrust litigation before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia, representing clients in disputes in various relevant markets.
He also advises on a recurring basis on contractual matters, both at the contractual and pre-contractual stages, as well as in pre-judicial negotiations.
He also serves as the Secretary of Arbitral Tribunals of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.
