Antonia Vial is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice focuses on advising clients on corporate governance, corporate law, and contractual matters, as well as on transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies.
Experience
Antonia has advised domestic and international clients on corporate transactions and M&A processes. She also provides ongoing advice on contractual matters, including the preparation, review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, and on corporate law matters, including the structuring and formalization of corporate resolutions and all kinds of corporate acts.
Before joining Garrigues, Antonia was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2024–2026). Previously, she was a trainee at Arteaga Gorziglia (2021).
