Andrés Alessandrini is an associate in the Real Estate area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. His practice centers on providing legal advice on real estate, corporate, commercial and civil law matters, with a special emphasis on property transactions and on the financing of companies and real estate projects. He advises both companies and individuals on transactions in the real estate sector, including contractual aspects, due diligence reviews and the legal structuring of transactions. Previously he worked at a firm specialized in corporate and real estate law.
Experience
To date, he has focused his practice on corporate, contractual and real estate law matters, advising domestic and foreign companies on a range of transactions, particularly relating to real estate development projects, corporate structures, financing and due diligence processes.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Andrés was an associate in the real estate team at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2023–2026). Previously he had worked as an associate in the corporate law team focused on family offices at Carvallo, Bizzarri & García Abogados (2022–2023).
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
