Andrea Ho has been member of Garrigues since August 2019, where she currently serves as a lawyer in the Competition Law, Economic Regulation, and Intellectual Property practice group. Experience
Andrea joined Garrigues in August 2019, beginning her professional career as an intern in the Labor Law department until September 2021, and subsequently practicing as an intern in the Competition Law, Economic Regulation, and Intellectual Property department until March 2023. She worked as a legal assistant in the latter department starting in April 2023, and since April 2025, she has been working as a lawyer, primarily providing advice on intellectual property and bankruptcy law. She has experience in matters of intellectual property, consumer protection, commercial advertising, and bankruptcy law. She provides advice with a preventive and strategic approach aimed at mitigating legal risks in these areas.
