She has solid expertise in providing legal advice from a corporate, commercial and contractual standpoint and experience in mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, she has focused on advising on financing and banking deals in Spain and on international project finance deals. In particular, she has taken part in different types of finance deals (bilateral and syndicated) in a variety of sectors, providing advice to both borrowers from highly diverse areas and sponsors as well as to financing entities, and in connection with a wide array of structures, from corporate finance for the acquisition of assets, to project finance, real estate financing and sale and leaseback transactions, as well as refinancing and restructuring in Spain and internationally.

In addition, in 2019-2020, Alexandra participated in Garrigues’ International Training Program with a secondment as a Foreign Associate with Mayer Brown International LLP’s finance team in London.

She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2016.
