Aida Pérez Pomares is a senior associate with the Corporate Law & Commercial Contracts area of Garrigues’ Barcelona office, where she has spent most of her career thus far, advicing in financial and banking law matters, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate law both in Spanish and international contexts.
Experience
Aida Pérez Pomares has solid expertise providing legal advice from a corporate, commercial and contractual standpoint and experience in M&A transactions. More recently, she has focused on advising in financing and banking deals in Spain and international project finance deals. Furthermore, she has taken part in different types of finance and M&A deals and in connection with a wide array of structures, from corporate finance for the acquisition of assets, to project finance, real estate financing in Spain and internationally, as well as in transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies.
She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2017.
