In his professional practice, he has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring transactions, sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets.
He also advises on contractual, corporate, and real estate matters. He has experience serving as a non-director deputy secretary to the board of directors of corporate groups.
Likewise, throughout his professional career, he has provided advice on personal data protection, including the implementation of and adaptation to personal data protection and information technology regulations, as well as handling sanctioning proceedings before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
