He joined the firm in 2018 and has been a senior associate since 2024.

He has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and contractual legal advice and experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, but particularly in recent years he has spent most of his professional career advising on transactions in the financial and banking field and in the field of debt restructuring, both domestically and in international financing transactions. In particular, he has participated in many debt restructuring operations at national level and in financing operations in various sectors and of different types, whether bilateral or syndicated, advising both accredited companies in very diverse fields and sponsors, as well as financing entities, and with respect to a wide variety of structures, from corporate financing or for the acquisition of assets, to project finance, real estate financing, sale and leaseback transactions.
