Universum: Garrigues ranked best law firm to work for, for the tenth year running
Universum’s ‘Most Attractive Employers’ survey again places the firm as the first choice of law students in Spain.
For the tenth consecutive year, the law students surveyed by Universum, a top international employer branding firm, chose Garrigues as the best company in the legal sector and the best law firm to work for (Most Attractive Employers survey). The study aims to identify the preferences of Spanish university studies, by specialty, and determine what they look for when choosing their future employer.
Over 25,250 students took part in the survey, through the collaboration of 72 universities from 152 different areas of study. They were asked to evaluate several aspects of their chosen professional career, what qualities they look for in an employer, and how they view the participating companies and organizations.
The most important features of the companies for the surveyed students have been: future wage increases, job security, and the possibility of training and development.
The full survey was presented on Thursday, October 19, at an in-person event that also featured an analysis by Universum experts of the latest trends in employer branding.
Garrigues’ ongoing commitment to talent was also recognized this year by Merco Talento, Merco Talento Universitario and Actualidad Económica.
