University students consider Garrigues as the best law firm to work for, according to Universum
The firm consolidates a leading position in the ‘Most Attractive Employer Ranking’
For the fifth year, Garrigues was voted the best law firm to work for by Law university students participating in the 2018 Most Attractive Employer survey conducted by Universum, a leading global employer branding company. Google is the favorite firm for Business, Humanities and Engineering students, and Sanitas, for those studying Health Sciences.
Universum’s survey looks at the general preferences of over 22,240 Spanish university students, including 2,200 law students. Among Garrigues’ most-valued qualities, these students cited the firm’s prestige, its market success, its work place with the best talent, the boost it gives to their future career, the high level of responsibility they can achieve at the firm and the possibilities it allows for professional development.
According to Laura Elorza, manager of Human Resources at the firm, “the key to attract young talent in a firm like Garrigues is ongoing training, participating in the more relevant and complex market operations and a clear career development with international opportunities. All of it, in an unbeatable working environment that values fellowship, innovation and excellence in client service.”
Garrigues has always placed a special focus on young talent and makes an effort to offer the best opportunities. The firm’s most young generation is very interested in having an international experience, and Garrigues offers different training and working opportunities in its own offices –the firm is present in 13 countries– and law firms in other countries, or the possibility of extending education in the best and more prestigious international universities.
