Portugal: Government updates the ordinance on working conditions for administrative workers

Portuguese Government has updated the table of minimum monthly wages set forth on the ordinance that regulates the working conditions of administrative workers not covered by collective bargaining regulations.
Ordinance no. 321/2025/1, of 29 September, which makes the seventh amendment to Ordinance no. 182/2018, of 22 June and updates the respective table of minimum monthly wages, was published in the Official Portuguese Gazette.
With this update, the table of minimum wages is set as follows:
The ordinance entered into force on October 4, 2025, while the new minimum monthly wages and the value of seniority payments took effect on March 1, 2025.
