PIT - New statement model "Declaração de Títulos de Compensação Extrassalarial (Modelo 18)"
Ordinance no. 180/2017, of 31 May, was officially published which approves the new statement model "Declaração de Títulos de Compensação Extrassalarial (Modelo 18)" and respective filling instructions, for complying with the obligation foreseen in article 126 (2) of the PIT Code regarding the submission, until the end of May, of the tax identification of entities acquiring meals allowances and other social benefits as well as the respective amount discriminated by the type of compensation.
The declaration for the year 2016 must be submitted until July 31th 2017.
