Garrigues, the only EU law firm in the FT GHG emissions reduction ranking
The firm has been singled out for its fight against climate change in all editions of the ranking
Garrigues is the only law firm in the EU that features in this year’s edition of the Europe’s Climate Leaders ranking. This list, compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with data provider Statista, recognizes the 600 European companies that have made the most progress in cutting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
The firm has maintained its presence in the ranking for the sixth consecutive year. Specifically, Garrigues has managed to reduce its core emissions by 51.6%, which reflects the impact of the measures adopted over the last few years.
The ranking focuses on organizations that have achieved the greatest reduction in the intensity of their Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from 2019 to 2024.
