Fundación Prodis recognizes Garrigues’ commitment to workforce integration for people with disabilities
The firm has been honored for its work in the first edition of the Leaders of Change Awards
Garrigues has been recognized in this first, 2026 edition of the Leaders of Change Awards organized by the Fundación Prodis, for its commitment to the inclusion in the workforce of people with intellectual disabilities.
These awards recognize the work of companies that promote inclusion and contribute to creating more diverse and egalitarian work environments in which all people can develop their talent and access opportunities under equal conditions.
The awards are divided into five categories: Pioneers, Faithful, Committed, Novices and Allies of Change. Garrigues’ award pertained to the latter category, in recognition of the firm's active participation in and commitment to the programs promoted by Fundación Prodis for the integration of people with disabilities into the workforce.
The award was collected by Lourdes Ramos, Director of Human Resources at Garrigues, and Manuel Gadea, from Typing.
