Fundación ONCE and Garrigues come together to promote the integration into the labor market of disabled people
The two entities have signed an Inserta Agreement
The deputy executive chairman of Fundación ONCE, Alberto Durán, and the executive chairman of Garrigues, Fernando Vives, have today in Madrid signed an Inserta Agreement aimed at facilitating the incorporation of people with disabilities onto the firm’s workforce.
The agreement was signed within the framework of the Social Inclusion and Social Economy operational program (POISES) being developed by Fundación ONCE through Inserta Empleo, which is co-funded by the European Social Fund and aims to increase the training and employment available to disabled people.
Garrigues will work with Inserta Empleo, the Fundación ONCE’s training and employment body, when undertaking processes for the selection of candidates for job positions that the firm may need to fill, and when developing any training and professional qualification actions which may be required.
The agreement also includes the promotion of other actions that can help get disabled people into work by indirect means, through collaboration with special employment centers.
