Francisco Javier Navarro Arias is a principal associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice.

He has extensive expertise in providing comprehensive advice to companies on both labor and social security law, and human resources and immigration matters; drafting reports on labor matters; individual negotiations in dismissal procedures, monetary claims, etc. He has actively participated in collective bargaining, collective procedures and company agreements, as well as multitude of trials; due diligence reviews of companies with more than 500 employees; the implementation of flexible remuneration systems; life and health insurance; vehicle policies; and the development of equality plans.

He has been an associate lecturer in the Employment and Social Security Law Department of Universidad de Murcia since 2014, teaching several subjects, and a tutor and supervisor of internships for students of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Murcia since 2007.

Degree in Law, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (1998-2002), obtaining the second highest academic record of his graduating class.

Clerkship at the Legal Advice Unit of the Supreme Court (2002).
