Francisco Soto Balirac is a partner of the practice of tax law.
He has extensive experience in assisting businesses both SMEs as large companies (including listed companies) as well as personal wealth, in direct, indirect taxes (member of the line of VAT of Garrigues), family business and economic restructuring.
He teaches the degree of business administration and management (ADE) of the Afoundation business school (University of Vigo) teaching the subject "Taxation of the company II" from January 2014. He also teaches at various tax masters of the University of Vigo and the IFFE Business School.
Rapporteur usual in tax talks of the Chamber of Commerce of Vigo, Business Confederation of Ourense and Pontevedra, College of administrative managers of Galicia, as well as numerous associations (APEC, ASIME, AIMEN, APROIN, ATEXGA...).
