Víctor Rivera Calvo is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law Department at Garrigues' Valladolid office.
There, he focuses his professional activity on corporate taxation and advising national and multinational tax consolidation groups, as well as on personal taxation, succession planning and "family business" benefits, acting as a representative of taxpayers in tax proceedings (management, inspection, collection).

He has extensive experience in providing recurring tax advice in the area of direct and indirect taxation to companies and business groups - both family-owned and multinational - belonging to various sectors of activity (agri-food, energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and education, among others), including representing taxpayers in tax proceedings and providing tax advice on the application of "family business" benefits.
In the field of indirect taxation, he has extensive experience in advising groups on the application of the Special Regime for Groups of Entities, as well as advising on international trade and real estate taxation.
He also participates on a recurring basis in M&A operations, carrying out tax reviews (due diligence) and the analysis and implementation of investment and divestment structures.
He is a regular speaker at different talks and conferences organized by the Firm together with different regional institutions.
