Verónica Lagares Tena is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law department.
She has broad expertise in advising businesses on restructuring processes (adopting both collective and individual measures), performing comprehensive labor due diligence reviews in commercial transactions, providing preventive advice and acting in appeals against penalty proceedings brought by the Labor and Social Security Inspection Authorities (contribution deficiencies, occupational accidents, risk prevention), and litigation in both the labor and judicial review jurisdictions, among other matters.
She provides comprehensive recurring labor law advice to several well-known companies in the food and textile industries, among others, and has extensive experience in dealing with the special characteristics and problems of these industries.
