His professional practice focuses on the resolution of complex disputes before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals, both nationally and internationally. He has participated in high-stakes litigation involving civil, commercial, and antitrust matters, as well as disputes across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, real estate, financial services, and construction. He also has experience in corporate and shareholder disputes, representing clients in shareholder conflicts, corporate governance controversies, and other business-related matters.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Chile, graduating with highest honors, and was admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Chile.

He has served as a teaching assistant in Criminal Law, Juvenile Criminal Law, Introduction to Law, and Constitutional Law at the University of Chile.
