Tatiana is an associate in the Administrative Law Department of Garrigues’ Lima office. She qualified as a lawyer at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. She specializes in administrative and regulatory law in general, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and infrastructure sector.
Experience
Tatiana joined Garrigues as an intern in 2022 and was promoted to associate in 2024.
Over the course of her professional career Tatiana has advised various clients in the public and private sectors on matters related to general administrative law, telecommunications, public-private partnerships, zoning, environmental law and public procurement, among others.
Her practice includes resolving queries related to her area of expertise, participating in the drafting of particularly complex legal reports and opinions, and providing advice on administrative procedures, administrative penalty proceedings and competitive bidding processes before ProInversión and other government entities.
