Sergio is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law Department of the Barcelona office.

He specializes in advising companies across a wide range of industries on indirect taxation matters. His practice encompasses tax compliance, M&A transactions, and transfers of real estate assets, with a particular focus on analyzing their indirect tax implications. He also has extensive experience advising VAT groups on the application of the Special Group of Entities Regime (REGE) in its advanced modality.

He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
