
Dafne has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on labor and social security issues. She has assisted clients in highly complex litigation work in both individual and collective aspects, and negotiations with trade unions. She has also assisted clients in preparing all kinds of contracts and documents on labor matters.
She joined the firm in 2016 as part of Labor, Social Security and Immigration practice group. Before joining, she worked as an attorney in the legal department of a major national law firm providing services for the labor practice group for six years.
Experience
Selma Esquivel is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice. For over six years she has advised national clients on labor and social security aspects arising from mergers and acquisitions, as well as the creation of new companies in Mexico, including, among others, a well-known department store and pharmaceutical companies. She is used to working in a team and under pressure.
Selma speaks Spanish and English fluently.
