Sebastián Niklitschek is a lawyer in Garrigues’ tax practice in the Santiago de Chile office. 

His practice focuses mainly on providing integrated advice to domestic and international clients on a wide variety of tax matters, including the design and implementation of corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions, as well as representing their interests in tax litigation and disputes.

He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile
