Sara Vázquez is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department working in the Criminal Law and Internal Investigations practice.

She has extensive experience in defending the interests of individuals and legal entities in all types of criminal proceedings, both as defense counsel and private prosecution.

As a specialist in economic criminal law and business law, she excels in the following practice areas: white-collar crime, offenses against the public treasury and the authorities, corporate offenses, offenses against workers’ rights/occupational accidents, environmental and zoning offenses, IT crime, market and consumer offenses, misrepresentation and disclosure of secrets.

She is also an expert in the development and implementation of corporate compliance plans for companies, acting as legal counsel for businesses in connection with the criminal liability of legal entities.

Sara is also a lecturer, where she has been teaching criminal procedural law on the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Católica de Valencia since 2021.
